Our commitment

AMV (Auto Motive Vehicles), AMVgo and amvgo.com are owned and operated by Little Tigers Food and Future Pvt Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). AMV is a fleet-operations app for road-transport businesses and vehicle owners in India. We handle personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

Lawful basis & consent

We process personal data for the specific purposes described in our Privacy Policy, based on your consent and to provide the service you sign up for. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account, subject to legal retention needs. Google Analytics on the website and in AMV Web runs only after you tap Accept, and you can withdraw that at any time in Cookie settings.

Data minimisation & purpose limitation

We collect only what we need to run AMV and use it only for the purposes we tell you about — for example, we keep only the last 4 digits of a driver’s Aadhaar number.

Storage & security

Data is held on secured cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, access controls and strict per-fleet isolation. Vehicle, challan and FASTag lookups are made only when you ask for them.

Processors

Service providers that process data for us (listed in the Privacy Policy) are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations and may act only on our instructions.

Data principal rights

You may access, correct, update or erase your personal data, nominate someone, or raise a grievance, as provided under the DPDP Act. You can delete your account in the app or at amvgo.com/delete-account.

Breach handling

If a personal-data breach occurs, we will act to contain it and notify the Data Protection Board and affected users as required by law.
