How it works
- Create a trip: truck, driver, route, load, freight and the loading company.
- Add advances and expenses as they happen; the balance updates by itself.
- Tick loading and delivery points, then mark it delivered.
- Record the payment and close the trip; share its report as a PDF.
Questions
How is a trip’s balance worked out?
Freight plus halt charges and the loading company’s share of loading / unloading, minus the freight advances received and anything the loading company keeps. A completed trip settles to zero.
Can my drivers add expenses?
Yes, from the driver’s AMV app, with a photo of the bill. They wait for your approval before they count.
Does it handle round trips?
Yes. Link the onward and return legs and see the whole round trip’s money together.
Can I share a trip’s accounts?
Yes. Every report is a PDF you can view or share in a tap, and it shows exactly what the screen shows.
