Refund & Cancellation Policy

What you pay for

AMV (Auto Motive Vehicles), AMVgo and amvgo.com are owned and operated by Little Tigers Food and Future Pvt Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). AMV is a fleet-operations app for road-transport businesses and vehicle owners in India. AMV is free to use. The only things paid for are AMV coins — in-app credits used for paid checks such as RC checks, vehicle verification, challan checks and FASTag checks (1 coin = ₹1, prices shown at amvgo.com/pricing and in the app before you pay) — and, when it becomes available, FASTag recharge. There is no subscription.

Cancelling

A payment you don’t complete is not charged; an unfinished payment link expires after 24 hours. A coin purchase can’t be cancelled once the coins are added to your profile. There is nothing to cancel on a free account — you can stop using AMV or delete your account at any time.

Refunds

• Charged but no coins: if money left your account and the coins didn’t arrive, they are added automatically once the payment is confirmed (you can also tap “Check payment again” in More ▸ Coins). If the payment can’t be matched, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
• Charged twice for one purchase: the extra payment is refunded in full to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
• A check that fails on our side: its coins come back to your balance automatically.
• Coins have no cash value: coins you added and haven’t used are not refunded as money and can’t be transferred, except where the law requires it. Coins left when an account is deleted are forfeited.
• FASTag recharge (when available): a recharge that fails is refunded to the original payment method within 10–15 working days; a successful recharge is held by your FASTag issuer under its own terms.

How to ask

Open the AMV app ▸ More ▸ Help, or email support@amvgo.com, with your payment receipt number (AMV-R-…) or the payment reference. We reply within 2 working days.

Payments

Payments in the app are processed by Razorpay; AMV never sees your card or UPI details. Every payment gets a receipt in the app (Accounts and More ▸ Coins).
