About these terms

AMV (Auto Motive Vehicles), AMVgo and amvgo.com are owned and operated by Little Tigers Food and Future Pvt Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). AMV is a fleet-operations app for road-transport businesses and vehicle owners in India. By creating an account or using AMV, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

AMV helps you manage vehicles, trips, drivers, expenses, documents, compliance and payments, with AI-assisted document reading, a Co-Pilot assistant, maps, route and trip-cost estimates, and reports. Features may change, improve or be withdrawn over time.

Your account and profiles

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code (OTP). You are responsible for your device and for activity on your account. Every account has a Personal profile and may add business profiles; each profile keeps its own records. Managers and drivers added to a business act within the permissions its owner grants, and a driver’s record is shared with a fleet only after the driver accepts that fleet.

Acceptable use

Use AMV only for lawful purposes, enter accurate information, and do not misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer or resell the service. You are responsible for the data you and your team add, including details of other people (drivers, contacts) — add them only with a lawful reason.

Vehicle, government and third-party data

AMV can fetch vehicle registration (RC), e-challan, FASTag, toll and fuel-price information through licensed data providers and public sources, and drivers can verify themselves through DigiLocker. AMV is not a government service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government body (such as MoRTH / Parivahan, NHAI or DigiLocker). This data is provided “as is”: we do not control it and cannot guarantee it is complete, current or accurate. Always check important details against official records. Subscription & billing

AMV is free to use for now; there is no subscription. If paid plans come later, their prices will be shown in the app first, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

Coins

Coins are AMV credits used for paid checks (such as RC checks, vehicle verification, challan checks and FASTag checks) at the prices shown in More ▸ Coins before you use them. They come as welcome coins and may be earned or bought where AMV offers it. Coins belong to the profile they were added to, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are used only in AMV. A check that fails on our side gives its coins back. Coins left when an account is deleted are forfeited.

Intellectual property

AMV, the AMV and AMVgo names and logos, the app and its content are owned by Little Tigers Food and Future Pvt Ltd and protected by law. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app while these Terms are in force.

Availability & liability

We work to keep AMV reliable but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on data shown in the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

Ending your account

You can stop using AMV at any time and delete your account in the app (More ▸ Profile ▸ Delete account) or at amvgo.com/delete-account; the Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and what is kept. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or where required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
